Bioenergy Supply Chain Development

The aim of this programme is to invest in the capacity of the region’s bioenergy supply chains to ensure that they are able to compete to meet the rising demand for bio-energy products, particularly biomass.

RDPE will invest to:

• Purchase or develop equipment for collaborative use
• Provide support and training to enhance competitiveness
• Raise standards across the supply chain.

This programme will be delivered by Rural Development Initiatives (RDI)
